We needed to ship a car from Seattle, WA to Honolulu, HI on short notice, and without prior similar experience we were a little apprehensive about doing this. After some fast cost and delivery date comparisons among shippers, Cascade Shipping rose to the top of our choices. Kimberly Freiley was the representative we started working with and she saw the shipping through from beginning to end without a hitch. Kimberley was perpetually cheerful, helpful, and patient. She answered every question we had, gave us very clear guidance and instructions, and generally conducted a flawless transaction. The shipping process went exactly as she described it to us, and the car was actually delivered and available for pick-up faster than we expected and in perfect condition. The entire experience was very positive. It has opened our eyes to the ease of shipping, making this a very good option for us in planning future moves and vehicle transportation. We will enthusiastically return to Kimberly for help, and likewise, will recommend her to others who might need such services.
