Kim was very helpful and curteous. I had some problems with the transport company but she directed me on how to make a claim. She kept me and my wife updated as to the progress of the vehicle. The service was prompt and ahead of schedule.

Dave, I'm glad to hear that the transportation went well. Sorry to hear about the rock chips and fluid leak on your vehicle. Also until a few moments ago I didn't know that the truck delivered 40 miles away. No one called me or else I would have told them that they had to deliver to the locations. I'm so sorry.
