It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Kimberly and Cascade to have our vehicle picked up for transport, but there was confession as to who and when our vehicle was to be picked up. In the end after a few calls with Kim everything worked out fine. The driver of the hauler arrived on time the day of pick-up. The vehicle arrived the day they said it would, but was covered in oil from the vehicle up above it on the hauler.
