Kimberly was a pleasure to work with. She was courteous and helpful in scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle. She attempted to schedule the delivery for a specific day so that it would be convenient for the owner. When I was not happy with the service I received from the trucking company, she was more than willing to listen.
