I found Cascade online and saw they had the highest ratings so I phoned. I got Kim who was very helpful and I felt I received good communication in trying to get my fathers Jeep shipped from rural Pennsylvania to Northern California. She was able to accomodate my requests and even got a truck to come earlier than expected. I've not yet received the Jeep - I still have a week, but my experience dealing with Cascade and Kim in particular has been an overal excellent experience.
