Kimberly did a wonderful job in arranging every detail of shipping my vehicle from Maui, HI, to Seattle, OR. She was always friendly, helpful, reassuring and very professional. Aside from shipping cost, which was obviously very important to me as a retired person, the main reason I chose to ship with Cascade Vehicle Shipping, LLC, was Kimberly's excellent customer service and her great personality. My vehicle was almost shipped on a voyage, which would have had it arrive too soon, but I called Kim from the Matson office in Kahului, HI, on 8/27/09 and she arranged with the Matson agent to be sure it did not arrive before 9/15/09, the day of my flight to Portland, OR. My daughter and I drove from Salem, OR, where I moved, to Seattle and picked up my vehicle on 9/18/09. I was very pleased with Kimberly's management of every detail of the process, from quote to delivery, and will definitely call Cascade Vehicle Shipping in the future, if I need to ship another vehicle.
