Excellent responses to my questions and was caring. Really appreciate the overall help. I felt confortable with Kimberly throughout the transaction.

This feedback applies ONLY to Kimberly, and not the secondary (intermediate) person who had also been contacting me. Kimberly was helpful as well as the truck driver.

The receiver paid the bill, so I only placed a guess for the entire amount.

David, Its so good to hear from you! Thank you so much for everything, I remember that trucking company having a heck of a time getting to you that day. We hired a tow company and then didn't even need them after all. I hope all is well, and again thank you so much. The total cost for shipping actually was 480.00. But it was a close guess ;) Kim
