I have had terrible luck with movers, so it was nice having Cascade coordinate the details. Jeff was very responsive and very available for any customer service needs, which were always friendly and helpful.

For me, it's tough to quantify the value of services like these because they are not doing the actual moving, but it's important to see that they are overseeing the entire process.

It's certainly easier if you're the type like me that doesn't want to get involved with all the details.
