Hello the only thing that needs to improve is to make sure to manage the docuemnts. Your company didnt make sure to give the asignated driver all the documents I provided and that caused me more time, worries, frustration and possible cost of $us of storage.

Leslie, The documentation was to be sent upon dispatch, I am not sure why the did not get them because they were faxed. I am sorry if that lead to more time on your end. I corrected the situation as soon as I found out. The truck is now trying to drop the vehicle off at the port. He is in line. Kim
