This being my first time for having a car shipped I wanted to use someone that had received good reviews and had done more than a handful of transactions. As it turned out, which isn't always the case, Cascade Vehicle Shipping lived up to the rating. Kim was excellent to work with. She kept me well informed of how the process was going and what I should expect. On her day off, Nick stepped in and handled a minor problem. The first truck assigned to pick up my car had had an accident and was unable to deliver. Nick found a new truck within a few hours and I still received my car on time as originally promised. Thanks and kudos to the people at Cascade. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again, these are the guys I'll use.
