Vehicle shipping: Seattle to Anchorage

When I initially submitted an online request, I was given a computer generated quote for an "open container" and seemed a little low compared to other quotes. Kimberly immediately followed up with an email for the correct amount, and told me the vehicle would be shipped inside a "closed container". This was extremely important to me since was expensive car ($60k+) and in mint condition. I read other reviews that stated their vehicles were NOT shipped in an enclosed container and exposed to ocean spray during the 4 day journey.

The vehicle was dropped off Wednesday morning in Tacoma and shipped that afternoon. It arrived 4 days later, and was available 24 hours later after the ship was unloaded.

Kimberly was very professional and encouraged me to call if I had questions. She contacted me when the ship left Tacoma, and when it was available for pick up in Anchorage. She made the process extremely painless.

I would definitely use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again.
