I would just like to comment on the great service that I received when dealing with Cascade Auto Transport and my Rep. Michelle. The minute that I was first put into contact with Michelle, it felt personalized. She was very understading and well informed. She took extra time to ensure that I understood the shipping process. She went onto secure immediate shipping for me at the earliest available time. She also was terrific when it came to follow up. I had updates on the status of my vehicles being shipped through this period. My vehicles took about 1 week to arrive and the rate that I was quoted was in line with my budget. In closing Michelle was not only very professional but added a personal touch to our interaction. Once again I want to thank Michelle and Cascade for their services.
