This was the first time that I'd ever shipped a vehicle and I couldn't be more pleased. Jeff was terrific! He patiently answered all my questions and when stayed in contact until my vehicle safely arrived. Mike, the transport driver, was also first-rate. I couldn't believe that only two days after I placed my order my vehicle was delivered to its destination. Both Jeff and Mike were courteous, knowledgeable and professional and if I ever have to ship a vehicle again I will definately call Cascade! Thanks, gentlemen!
