Cascade and Kim were the best!

I tried a couple different car transport companies before trying Cascade. The other companies could not find me a transporter and did not do a good job of keeping me updated on progress. As soon as I called Cascade, things were different - -Kim was the person who helped me and she did a great job communicating with me ( explaining all details, answering my questions, and updating me ). Finding someone to pick up my car in WV was not an easy task, but Kim went above and beyond to help find someone for me.

I highly recommend this company and would ask for Kim if I were you. She knows her stuff when it comes to Transporting cars, as well as, excellent customer service!.

Ron, You are such a sweetheart. I am so glad we finally found a truck to move your vehicle. I do not know if that other company would have ever found you a truck.
