I shipped my daughter's Toyota Scion TC from California (the Bay Area) to upstate New York. The driver contacted me two days before pick up to see if he could pick up a day early. That didn't work for us, which was fine with him, and he told me an approximate time for pick up on the scheduled day. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. Our car was the 7th picked up (out of a load of 10 cars), yet he was able to get it to its destination in 5 days (3 less than he promised Cascade). The car arrived in perfect shape. My daughter tried to tip him for his exceptional service. He refused her and drove off before she could try to change his mind. All my dealings with Cascade were with Jeff, who was knowledgable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. The driver's name is Harry; he was the best!
