Overall, my car arrived on time and I'm very happy about that. There was definitely some confusion in the beginning, and because I ordered through someone else, I was not aware that Jeff was my contact. Once I did finally get him on the phone, he was helpful and made things happen. However, before that, it wasn't clear what was happening with my order - had emailed several times and finally called once we were in the pick-up window because I had yet to receive any emails or calls regarding timing of pick-up and I was told I would receive something the week before. I definitely felt like I had to be pro-active to make sure my order didn't fall through the cracks, and this was reinforced when I would call and was told to call back if Jeff wasn't available or waiting for more information, rather than being called back. (I think I received more unprompted calls/emails to fill out the survey than I received before it was picked up.)
As I said, once I did get Jeff on the phone, things moved pretty quickly. The price was $50 more than the original quote, but still slightly below other quotes, so I still would have used them.
