We shipped from Seattle to Hawaii. This booking company was good and always checked up with us. We had a problem when we were dropping it off because they had not paid Matson yet so we had to wait. Also when we picked up we were not informed by Matson that our truck had come in about a week early and luckily we had time to pick it up before they started charging us for storage. We had a small scratch on the hood afterwards. This booking company is legite and Kim is awesome and took care of everything. Matson and Horizon lines have a monopoly on shipping business so they conduct business as if they dont care too much. But these guys are trustworthy.
