I was nervous about which company to book with, this being my first time shipping a car. Kimberly was great. She answered all of my questions so that I could make an informed decision about who to book with. She even saved me some money by telling me the best payment method to use. The only issue I had was that a one time Kim didn't call me back when she said she would concerning a mix-up in the payment process. I had to call her back to make sure everything was ok. Other than that the service was great.

Criste, I am so happy that your experience with Cascade was pleasant. I am sorry about the little hiccup at the beginning but I am glad we were able to fix the problem.
