I had been originally set to use Suncoast Auto Transport to ship my car from CA to CT. A month later, I hadn't heard from them, they missed the window when I was going to be available, and I was considering driving the car across myself. By chance, I requested an online estimate from Cascade, and within a couple hours Kim had contacted me. I explained my situation to her and she thought it was completely ridiculous what I had gone through with Suncoast. She told me to give her a couple hours to see if she could find something for the next day - I didn't even think it was possible but I gave her the go-ahead. Only an hour later she called me back that she found a reliable carrier to pick up the car **the next day***(!!). I was so impressed with their service, with how wonderful and on top of the ball Kim was. The very next day, they coordinated a timely and convenient pick-up, and Kim kept me updated with the car's status until its delivery an astonishing 6 days later - so fast and so easy! The carrier they found was responsible, reliable, and easy to work with.

Summary: I would definitely recommend Cascade and especially Kim. Helpful, communicative, easy, and on the ball.
