CS worked with me, and Kim patiently walked me through the process. I still think the price was high overall, but CS's price was the lowest or close to the lowest quote that I received. When I got a lower price, I was able to talk to Kim personally rather than someone unknown, and she again worked with me to bring CS's quote below or close to the competing quote. At times it was hard to reach the company. But unlike many, many others Kim actually returned my call when I would leave a message. Her communication and willingness to faithfully call me back is why I eventually decided on Cascade rather than one of the dozen other quotes I received.
