You were quoted for the transportation of your vehicle, not the personal belongings. Its states in our terms and conditions: Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. and the carrier are not responsible for the transport of personal items in the vehicle. Federal law prohibits Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. or the carrier from doing so. Shippers (or agents) who transport personal items in the vehicle do so at their own risk. Please check with your private insurance to determine if coverage exists. I am glad however that the transportation was a success after the other company had done so badly by you.
