I work for a company that sells cars here and, there. The new buyer needed a shipping quote, so I went to work, and shopped around. I came across Cascade, and I knew after I got off of the phone with Michelle, I was sold to this company. She was wonderful. She gave me a quote quick and easy over then phone, and forwarded me a copy via email for the new buyer to review. We came to an agreement, and decided to give Cascade a whirl. Michelle gave me a time frame, and before the time frame ended, the truck driver was calling me on my cell phone stating he was down the road, and would be here shortly. It was no less than 30 minutes, and he called again stating he was outside. Smooth easy transaction. We are in the process of selling another car, and I would not dare to venture away from Michelle at Cascade. You guys ROCK!!!!! Thanks a million, and look forward to future business.
