Pick-up and delivery were quick and easy. Michele, our agent, helped us every step of the way and was extremely accessible. Car was delivered within the two days I asked it to be - car stayed relatively clean, despite being on out the outside of an open truck. I would absolutely use Cascade again if I ever needed a car transport.
