Actually a very nice business experience; my daughter's beemie was delivered from the Bay area to NE Arizona with no suprises or anything bad. I was impressed with all of Cascade's employees; especially Kim, she even took the time to call after the beemie was delivered to check and see if the vehicle made it and was extremely helpful. I was also impressed with the gentleman who did the actual delivery. I will not hesitate to use Cascade again. One more thing, the beemie was delivered a day earlier than planned !
