Brandi was an outstanding agent for this transaction. She was prompt to get back with me answers to questions, knowledable and curtious. Brandi did let me know ahead of time that they were in fact one of the highest priced carriers, but that you got what you paid for. My car was indeed picked up on time and altough it was delivered a few days late, (scheduled to be delivered on THanksgiving), it was fine that it arrived safely and in great condition after the holiday weekend. I give high marks to Brandi for her professionalism. I would indeed reccommend her and this company to anyone who needs a car transported.
