I have to admit, I was pretty amazed at the way this all worked out. I arranged with them to have the car shipped when I suddenly had to take care of a close family members death service. I gave my daughters (19 years old) phone number to Diane and asked her to cooridinate with her. I bet she had to walk her through everything with great patience. The car arrived exceptionally clean (surprisingly so) and on the perfect day.
I sent a car last year with another service that has since gone out of business, in fact, went out of business during the transit. I could not find my car, then I finally get a call a couple weeks later and the driver of the truck held my car hostage 2 hours away until I paid him MORE money then what was agreed to in the first place. Since I couldn't get a hold of the original booking agent, I had my hands tied. It took a total of a month to get the car because they had no one to deliver and etc... it was a nightmare.
So I was not looking forward to having to transport another car. But after I called initially, Diane called me to make all the preparations, she followed up, she made sure that everyone was comfortable with all things considered. She worked with my daughter to make sure that all was working ok.
I would and will highly recommend Cascade as your shipping transport company.
