I contacted a number of vehicle shippers and while most of them gave similar quotes, the comfort level that I felt with Kim and other staff members at Cascade was high right from the start. Every time I called, exchanged messages or emailed with Kim I felt like I was dealing with a friend. The entire process went so smoothly and not once did I worry about how or when my truck would be picked up or delivered.
Initially, arrangements to pick-up my truck were made within hours; I was impressed! Then there was a delay on my part for when the truck would be available. Kim worked with me to re-arrange the pick-up date and within a day, another pick-up date was arranged. This happened so quickly and Kim communicated with me every step of the way. Even after I picked up my truck on the estimated delivery date, Kim followed up with me to make sure everything was alright.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Kim and Cascade Vehicle Shipping! As a matter of fact, I already have told a few people about Kim and Cascade and that they'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
