Danielle was prompt and courteous. She stayed on top of the move from start to finish. When she was out of the office, her colleagues were always helpful and knowledgeable. Danielle followed up by email and to my cell phone to make sure I knew what was going on. The driver, Mike, made amazing time between OR and NY. To fit the narrow window of time I would be available to receive the car, he delivered it to my door late on Saturday night. The car was in perfect condition when it arrived. If I ever have need again to move a car, I will certainly call Cascade.
