My main concern with this service, and I believe others, is the dificulty is arranging a pick up on a specific day. In addition I had to change my destination to a more frquently used one and pay additional to even find a driver willing to make the delivery. This industry seems to accept that a pick up can occur within a 10 day window and even this cannot be guaranteed. Such a service is unacceptable and I believe the industry should look at improving pick up scheduling, even if that means a closer association of driver to agent. Despite this my agent Brandi worked very hard to find a driver, eventually succeeding when more money and a frequent location were made available.
