Brandi was a very kind and friendly person, she was always willing to call the trucking company, who were not easy to deal with. (I would know, I tried calling a few times) And she assured delivery of my vehicle anywhere from 9/14 to 9/16.
Unfortunately, the trucking company did not cooperate as intended and I did not actually receive my vehicle in that window of time. However, Brandi kept diligently following up with the trucking company and a few days later I received my car.
Brandi has a commitment to great service and she does it with a smile. I would definitely recommend Brandi. Thanks again for helping me ship my car out!
