I had a fairly complex assignment as I was a Canadian purchaser buying from an American car dealer. Several factors (eg. funds transfer, auto inspection, etc.) were out of my control and therefore I couldn't provide a definite pickup date/time. The job was further complicated by the delivery destination not being in my home town and therefore I had to be available to drive approx. 50 mins to meet the carrier.
Despite having to change pickup dates and delivery times a few times, Cascade (Kim) handled the job professionally. I would recommend Cascade again.
