Novella, Novella, Novella is the way to go when you need to ship an auto. I recently found myself having to ship a Classical (Mint Condition) Mercedes Benz from Southern California to North Carolina. I was clueless and terrified. I spent countless hours trying to determine how to choose a carrier and what a great blessing it was when a highly respected friend referred me to Novella at Cascade.
I immediately called her and was instantly impressed with her positive and friendly, ‘can-do’ attitude. I discussed many aspects regarding my concerns and she was so knowledgeable and completely up front about the entire process. She never once made me feel like a burden or that I was asking dumb questions. She ‘held my hand’ and reassured me every step of the way.
The biggest issue I was facing was that I was trying to ship this car during a holiday week!!! No body wanted to pick up my car before the 3-day weekend. Novella and I discussed this issue in depth and she asked for the opportunity to locate a carrier. By this point, I felt as if she were just as concerned about my transport as I was and decided to put the auto that is so special and important to my family in her hands.
Sure enough, she came through with a carrier that was willing to work the holiday and neither of them ever missed a beat. The carrier arrived on schedule, (actually the driver called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could pick up one day early), which was perfect for us. Novella stayed in constant communication all the way through the delivery.
The car arrived in its perfect condition, and I could not have asked for a better experience. As for me, I will always call Novella first and have already started referring her, starting with a referral to my boss.
The only flaw I can mention is my fault in not posting this review sooner. Novella sent me numerous emails requesting that I go to transport reviews and give her a five star rating, as it is part of her job requirement to request these reviews. I only wish there was a way to give her a ten star review. With such spectacular customer service, I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to get this posted.
