We really do apologize for the trucking company, they did not perform the way they were suppose to to show Cascades customer service. We had the original trucking company, but they could not pickup on a day where the storage facility was open. So we cancelled that truck, found another one, Exit 15. They were suppose to pick up the vehicle on Saturday. There was a delay and the storage facility was nice enough to meet the driver on Sunday. They are the ones who caused the problems with you and your contacts. We apologize for everything that has happened. Hopefully you will give Cascade another chance to show you why we are rated a 5 star company. We are checking into the company that we provided for you and will take the necessary actions to ensure it does not happen again.
