Kimberly was extremely efficient and went out of her way to make sure my vehicle got off when I needed it to, with the quickest arrival date possible. She made sure I understood what I needed to have with me when I took it to the port as well as when I needed to have it there to ship the fastest. All information was verified with emails so I had numbers, dates, times, etc.
The delivering transporter was very good, too. He worked with me to set up delivery so I could return my rental car and get my car at the same time. This was extra work for him as it took longer than expected when I returned the rental car. The car was received in the same shape as when I turned it in to the port.
