I have to say I am extremly impressed with this company. I waited for a while after getting my quote because I was hearing horrible stories about companys abandoning cars. Well not here, Cascade employees were very helpful and polite. This was my first shipping experience and I would have no worries doing it again. The driver showed up a day early with no notice, but was kind enough to wait for my parents to get back from grocery shopping to put the car on (68 tempest). Due to the car being picked up early it arrived early, which was expected. Both the haulers (D-1 from Michigan) and Cascade were awesome!
