Excellent customer service! I worked with Novella at Cascade Vehicle Shipping Inc to transport my vehicle from NY to CA. I had never transported a vehicle before and was very cautious. I finally settled on Cascade and couldn't have made a better choice! I paid a little bit extra for expedited shipping which was defintely worth it. My car was picked up within 48 hours and delivered in 8 days (on time) as promised. Novella kept in contact with the driver during the duration of the transport- calling me and my family periodically to keep us in the loop. Anytime I needed to contact her she was easily reached. Novella and Cascade made my move to California an easy and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping Inc (specifically Novella) to my friends and family- and anyone else needing a safe and reliable auto transport company.
