I received quotes from 2 other companies who had horrible (1 or 2 star) reviews on this site - then I researched and found Cascade (with an average 5 star rating both overall and for my route). Glory was very patient with my nervous questions and overall skepticism about shipping my car - this was my first time and I asked all questions about 5 times. She was always there to answer questions and make me feel good about the shipment.
When USA Auto Transport LLC was initially assigned I thought they were another company with horrible reviews on this site - Cascade was over the top helpful and offered to find me another carrier, then once they realized I was reading a negative review of a different company - helped me to understand that USA was one of their preferred carriers (I found great reviews on them).
I had no problems whatsoever with both Cascade and USA Auto Transport - the pick up was efficient and early - the driver was very nice. The drop off was even early and again no problems with my car and the driver was very accommodating and helpful.
If I have to ship a car again I will call Cascade first.
