Well first of all , i had never shipped my car anywhere before ..so at first i was a little skeptical..but when i called Cascade....the rep. Glory was awsome ..she assured everything would be taken care of and dont worry about anything ...she was very knowledgable and was determined to give me the best service. My car was picked up and delivered on time just as she said it would..the driver took great car in offloading my car , cuz my car is lowered and i really appriciated that.....in all this was a great first time experience ...and i would definitely do bussiness with them again....
