Glory was a great sigh of relief when it came to relocating my family from California to Texas. She was so responsive and prompt in following up with me literally everyday. I was in a time crunch to get my six cars out to Texas, and though I tried to go through other companies such as Tri Star Carriers, Cascade was head and shoulders above them!! Tri Star was so bad in following up with me, and they gave me false promises/expectaions. But Glory from Cascade was very honest and prompt with me from the start. I really really appreciated her excellent customer service and thoroughness. She seemed to really understand the kind of stress and coordination that comes with moving. I really am very grateful to Glory and Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Out of a possible five stars, they would definitely rank a five with no doubt. A 10 out of 10 with no doubt.
