The people from Cascade, especially my agent Ashley, demonstrated superb customer service and have been a pleasure to deal with. Never having done a car transport before they stepped me through the whole process and answered any Q's I had. Ashley also phoned frequently to keep me informed of the truck's status. Although they explained it could take as long as a week or more to have the truck shipped to me, they found a last minute slot on a rig headed north and the vehicle was in my driveway within three days of when I made the reservation with Cascade!
I highly recommend Cascade and would definitely use them again.
