The customer service representative was informative and friendly. Transporting a vehicle and trusting someone I'd never met to do so were things that I'd never done before and the prospect made me more than a bit uneasy. Novella was excellent in setting my mind at ease and the transport driver Bobbie was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely choose Cascade again.
