Good overall experience. Prompt pickup as stated. Good driver who came on the 1st day of the window period. No damage to vehicle. Would use again, although customer service was curt when I contacted them- they seemed quick to get off the phone. The price seemed reasonable compared with other quotes I had. Pretty much a crapshoot. Cascade seemed to have a lot of positive reviews, which is good because they hound you to write a review after the vehicle is shipped. If they weren't good, the reviews would reflect it.
