I was very impressed with the speed of service. I have moved autos twice before and both times the autos were delivered late and once the auto was damaged in transport. THis time I called on Thursday morning at 8am and asked for the car to be pcked up as soon as possible. Sarah said she would put it on the board right away. I got a call a few hours later that the car would be picked up that night, which it was. They promised delivery on Monday and my son reported that it was delivered right on time. I would definitely use Cascade again!!
