Within a day or so of the order being placed, I was contacted and informed of the time when my vehicle would be picked up. The driver of the truck which came to pick up the vehicle was in constant contact as soon as they were approaching my destination. This made it easy to coordinate a time and location for vehicle pickup. The driver was kind, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with.
