I first went with another company to ship my vehicles. The other company (Transport Services Inc.) charged a deposit up front and then I never heard from them again. After waiting several weeks on the other company, I talked to Kelsea from Cascade. They were very honest and fair in their dealings. She called everyday with an update, even if it was to say that they did not have a carrier yet. This company was awesome for customer service. Kelsea even called on the day the vehicle was to be delivered to insure that there were no problems. I would use Cascade in the future, and in fact I referred them to my brother-in-law yesterday. When you call them, request Kelsea, she was great!
