This was the first time I was having a car shipped and was a bit skeptical about it. I did some research and found Cascade a good choice. I spoke with Novella, and she was very understanding and informative. I was reassured that everything would be taken care of and it was. The best thing was they were able to get the car picked up the next day and delivered 3 days later. It was an incredible experience and I must say that customer service does still exist. Thanks Novella, you've been great!!
