No success with Cascade

We read the reviews on transportviews.com and chose Cascade because they were a Washington-based company with good reviews. Despite having a month to locate a carrier from Vermont to Washington, the company was unsuccessful. They left us hanging. Our Plan B was to drive the car to Davenport, IA (located on I-80) where Cascade indicated it would be much easier to find a carrier going West. Wrong. Even with a second chance, they still could not locate a carrier from Iowa to Washington despite having another week. We then contacted Teeter Auto Transport (Omaha, NE) and the vehicle was on its way within 4 days. Our disappointment was compounded by the lack of response to our communications with Cascade.

Greg, Cascade offers an apology, we do know what you to feel like we left you hanging. It does state in our terms and conditions....The normal pickup timeframe is 1 to 10 business days. Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered.
