Customer service and overall communication was excellent. Although a few days late picking up and delivering, overall experience was very good, condidering how complicated the logistics of this business are. The driver was courteous and very professional. I would definitely use Cascade again. Price was exactly what was quoted, with only a small deposit required, and only when the car was actually picked up. Brandi Hyland was an excellent rep for this company.
