I've waited 11 days for my vehicle to be picked up and shipped, yet it seems Cascade could not deliver. I was told that it's because of fuel costs, lack of profits to drivers, and just a problem with trying to get cars out of CA. In the meantime I'm paying for a rental car.

We do apologize for the inconvience that you have endured. It states in our Terms and Conditions: The normal pickup timeframe is 1 to 10 business days. Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. This is based on metropolitian areas, it is 1-21 days in rural area. Again we apologize.
