I tried Cascade after reading the reviews on this site and after having disasterous results with another company. I had already contracted with this 'other' company who charged an enormous deposit and then never shipped the car. I kept getting one excuse after another. All the while they had my car in their "secure" holding area and were charging me for storage. Brandi, from Cascade, was great. She assured me there was no reason the car couldn't be shipped quickly and they woudn't charge a deposit until the car was actually on the truck. I cancelled the contract with the 'other' comapany and hired Cascade. We paid a little extra for their expedited service. With the frustration I had at that point it was well worth it as I needed that car asap.
3 days later Brandi called with the news that she made all the arrangements and the car would be picked up in 4 days and delivered a week later. Delivery was a day early and the driver was great. He couldn't deliver exactly to my house because of the street's 5 ton weight limit but he parked as close as he could and offered to drive the car to the house if I gave him a ride back. I just walked the half-block to his truck.
If there were any negatives to this ordeal I would have to say that the car was filthy upon arrival. A vehicle parked above it on the transporter was leaking transmission fluid on my white car...what a mess!
If I ever have to do this again Cascade will be the first company I call! Thanks Brandi!
